Easy Way To Keep Track And Get Each Color Every Day
It can be difficult keeping track of all these colors, the following is an easy way that I make sure I get each color of fruit and vegetable every day.
When shopping buy one fruit and one vegetable of each color. With the fruits I cut up each color and create fruit cups for the week and store them in a tupperware in the fridge and eat each fruit cup sometime in the morning or as an afternoon snack.
For the vegetables I cut up each vegetable and create a mixed vegetable side dish to go along with my main entre.
On days that I eat out most breakfast places offer fruit cups and at dinner most restaurants offer mixed vegetables as a side dish.
By following these tips you should be able to eat each color of fruit and vegetable every day.
